What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the lettings department
  • Valuing and listing high-end rental properties across Central London
  • Driving new business generation and securing landlord instructions
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Leading and motivating a small team to meet targets
  • Ensuring profitability and department growth
  • Representing the company with professionalism and local expertise 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally within Central London
  • Strong valuation and instruction-winning track record
  • Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
  • Ambitious, driven, and sales-focused personality
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team
  • Deep understanding of the central London lettings market
  • Professional presentation and articulate communication
