Overview

We are seeking a Lettings Manager to join our team in overseeing the rental of residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the letting process, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining efficient property occupancy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the lettings team
  • Meet occupancy targets for the lettings department
  • Client Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for prospective tenants, understanding their requirements and providing tailored property recommendations.
  • Property Viewings: Schedule and conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to potential tenants.
  • Negotiations: Facilitate negotiations with tenants to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Market Knowledge: Keep abreast of the latest market trends, rental values, and area developments to provide informed advice.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and tenants to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Technology Utilisation: Leverage property management software and CRM tools to manage client information and streamline operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in property letting or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with technology and property management software.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and customer service excellence.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with London areas is highly desirable.
  • Own car preferred for ease of travel to properties and client meetings.
