What You'll Do

As the
People and Culture Operations Lead
, you will play a pivotal role in transforming global people operations by leading the establishment and optimisation of SSCs across multiple regions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    Establish SSCs in key locations worldwide to support evolving business objectives and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Process Optimisation:
    Standardise and streamline operational processes across regions to maximise efficiency while maintaining compliance with complex regulatory requirements.
  • Change Management:
    Lead transformation initiatives by engaging stakeholders at all levels, fostering open communication, and ensuring smooth transitions during periods of change.
  • Compliance Expertise:
    Ensure adherence to employment laws and data privacy regulations across all jurisdictions where the organisation operates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with Digital & Technology, Finance, and People & Culture teams to align operational strategies with broader organisational goals.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Track key metrics for SSCs and payroll functions, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Governance Development:
    Build robust governance frameworks that underpin effective operations within SSC environments.
  • Knowledge Sharing:
    Promote consistency and learning across regional teams through collaboration and shared expertise.

What You Bring

To excel in this role, you'll bring substantial experience in leading global HR operations and driving transformation initiatives. Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience setting up or optimising Shared Service Centres within multinational organisations.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering large-scale transformation programmes involving diverse stakeholders.
