Are you driven by uncovering new business opportunities and turning data into actionable insights? Osterna is looking for a Business Analyst to play a key role in analysing the market and supporting our business development ambitions.

Where will I be working?

Connected to our office in Northwich (CW9 7LN), this is a predominantly a homeworking role with visits to the office where required

About the Role

As our Business Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of identifying and evaluating market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. You'll gather and interpret data to build compelling business cases, helping Osterna expand its reach and develop new ventures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify business development opportunities
  • Gather, analyse, and interpret data to support business cases and strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and present recommendations for growth
  • Support the development of new business initiatives from concept through to proposal
  • Analyse data and identify potential opportunities to increase product range or extend current product range
  • Manage product development once signed off through to launch

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to deliver projects and engage effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Advanced numeracy, literacy, and IT skills (including Microsoft Office)
  • Self-motivated, organised, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driver's license and access to own vehicle
