Senior QA Tester

In this role, you'll take ownership of testing strategy and execution, ensuring that all software deliverables meet project and delivery requirements. You'll design and maintain a robust, efficient test framework, work closely with project managers, business analysts, developers, and customers to validate requirements, and help conceptualise new features. Your expertise will be key in guaranteeing that our solutions align with business operations and exceed customer expectations. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and environments to ensure product quality.

• Design, structure, and execute test cases and suites, including defining expected results and traceability.

• Analyse test outcomes, troubleshoot failures, and report defects promptly.

• Prepare clear progress summaries and communicate results to Project Managers and SCRUM Masters.

• Provide technical support for internal teams and external clients, including troubleshooting, onboarding, and integration testing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain processes and uphold quality standards.

• Coordinate and support out-of-hours testing activities when required.

We are looking for someone with:

• 7+ Testing experience and at least 3-4 years' experience in test automation

• Experience in setting up an automation framework.

• Keyword/Data driven testing experience

• Experience in design of regression test suites and smoke tests

• Experience in design and execution of performance, and load tests

• Experienced in System testing – Functional and non-functional

• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and system architecture

• Good knowledge of MS Office products

• Tools: C#, SQL, XML, SOAP UI, REST API test tool
