Graduate Internal Sales Executive / Technical Sales Representative

Location: Dungannon

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 | Full-Time | Training Provided

Do you love fixing things? Working on engines, tractors, farm machinery, motorbikes or anything mechanical — even as a hobby?

Would you like to turn that practical curiosity into a proper commercial career?

Flowtech in Dungannon is looking for someone hands-on minded but also confident speaking to people — someone who's as comfortable discussing parts and components as they are picking up the phone and helping a customer.

This is not a cold-calling role — you'll be the first point of contact for customers calling in for help, quotes or advice. You'll be trained to become their go-to problem solver and trusted adviser.

Perfect for:

  • Graduates with an interest in engineering, agriculture, or mechanics, or
  • Second jobbers from retail, hospitality, trade counter or customer service backgrounds who want something more technical and rewarding.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Answering customer enquiries and recommending solutions
  • Preparing quotes and following up to win business
  • Building relationships with regular customers
  • Supporting the external sales team on bigger accounts
  • Learning about hydraulics, components and mechanical systems through hands-on exposure

What We're Looking For:

  • Some customer-facing or sales experience (retail, hospitality, call centre, trade sales etc.)
  • A genuine interest in practical/mechanical things — whether that's farming kit, vehicles, tools, engines or DIY
  • Confident speaking to people and asking the right questions
  • Organised, proactive and keen to learn and take responsibility
  • Full UK driving licence
