Part-time Nanny in Cotswolds

  • A wonderful family in the Cotswolds is looking for an experienced, calm, and caring part-time nanny to join their household. They have a delightful 3-year-old and an 8-month-old baby boy. This is a shared-charge position with occasional sole-charge when Mum steps out. Most of the time, the nanny will care for one child at a time, as Mum enjoys 1:1 time with the boys.

Their eldest attends nursery on Mondays and Thursdays, so the preferred working days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, with the option of an additional day. The family is flexible for the right long-term nanny and values building a lasting relationship.

They would love someone warm, calm, outdoorsy and comfortable around animals.

Role & responsibilities:

Providing attentive, loving and engaging care for both children

Supporting their development with age-appropriate play and activities

Preparing healthy meals and snacks

Light nursery duties (tidy play areas, children's laundry, organising toys, etc.)

Working collaboratively with the parents to support the children's routine

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience, especially with babies and toddlers

Confident driver with a clean full driving licence

Updated Enhanced DBS

Paediatric First Aid certification

Excellent, checkable references

Seeking long-term employment

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
