Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Watford Area, including travel to Bushey & Northwood

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

VIVO Defence Services, a powerhouse joint venture between Serco and Equans, is seeking a dynamic and driven Void Supervisor to play a key part in delivering an ambitious 7-year housing maintenance contract across the South of England.

About the role;

In this role, you'll lead the day-to-day delivery of responsive repairs and void preparation, with the freedom to bring your ideas and experience to life.

You'll be responsible for managing our service partners and sub-contractors. You'll ensure the delivery of responsive repairs and void works that meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You'll own your outcomes, monitoring performance, driving efficiency, and ensuring operational excellence.

Working closely with the Delivery Manager, you'll tackle challenges, celebrate wins, and maintain service continuity.

What you'll need;

To succeed in this role, you'll need proven experience as a Supervisor in Housing Repairs & Maintenance, ideally managing contractors and service partners.

A HNC or equivalent in a technical or trade-related field is desirable, as is a strong understanding of Schedule of Rates, compliance, and contract management. Your leadership

You'll be confident managing service partner performance with both professionalism and care. You should be comfortable with both digital systems and interpersonal communication.
