We are on the lookout for a talented Chef de Partie who could embrace the challenge of running a section in our busy kitchen. The Firepit is a family run business with the aim to create unique dining experiences at affordable prices. We are committed to serving the best ingredients available and delivering great service in our superbly designed restaurants.

The successful candidate will be required to oversee a section within the kitchen, whilst remaining calm and level-headed. With more sites set to be opened, internal promotion is always a viable opportunity.

As a Chef de Partie you will be expected to:

Prepare, cook and present dishes to a high standard.

Train any commis chefs working with you.

Ensure you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.

Through North Lancs Training group, we are willing to fund courses in Level 2 Production, Level 2 Commis Chef and Level 3 Production Chef. This opportunity is available for any chef and is not limited to age or experience.
