A fresh and prestigious venue, The Yacht brings together a unique blend of exceptional drinks, an in-house distillery, and a globally inspired food menu. Role Overview:

As a Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and supporting the smooth running of the kitchen. Working alongside a supportive team, you'll prepare fresh food to spec, help maintain hygiene standards, and to keep service running efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone with kitchen experience looking to grow and progress within a friendly and expanding company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes to a consistent high standard.

  • Work efficiently during service to maintain smooth kitchen operation.

  • Support senior chefs with food prep and day-to-day kitchen tasks.

  • Maintain high food hygiene / cleanliness standards at all times.

  • Assist with deliveries, stock rotation, and organisation.

  • Contribute ideas for specials and menu development.

  • Be a team player and support colleagues to ensure a positive kitchen environment.

What We're Looking For


• Experience working in a busy kitchen (as a Commis Chef, Line Cook, CDP or similar).

  • A passion for fresh, quality food and good presentation.

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow.

  • Good understanding of basic food hygiene and kitchen safety.

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and work efficiently during busy periods.

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
