What You'll Be Doing as a Goods In Warehouse Operative
- Receiving and checking deliveries: Unload, inspect, and process incoming goods, ensuring every item matches order requirements and meets our high standards.
- System updating: Use our warehouse management system to accurately log items, keep records up to date, and flag any issues that need sorting.
- Stock organisation: Carefully place goods in the correct storage locations so they're easy to access when needed.
- Maintaining a safe environment: Follow all health and safety (H&S) procedures to keep yourself and your teammates safe, clean, and hazard-free.
- Working together: Support your colleagues across the warehouse–whether loading, unloading, moving, or preparing stock for the next stage.
- Problem-solving in action: If there's a snag, you'll use your initiative to resolve or escalate it so the operation never skips a beat.
What We Need From You – Key Warehouse Operative Skills & Experience
- Organised and dependable: You're always on time, detail-obsessed, and take pride in a job well done.
- Great communication: You can share information clearly and positively with your team and managers.
- A strong team player: Happy to pitch in wherever needed – you know we're all in it together
- Basic IT confidence: Experience using a scanner or warehouse system is helpful, but full training is provided if you're keen to learn.
- Physically capable: This job involves being on your feet, lifting, and moving products safely throughout your day shift.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial, but not essential: Your positive attitude and willingness to learn matter most.

- Full-time, permanent role
- Monday to Friday day shifts (typical hours: 08:00 – 16:00)
