We are seeking a Horticulture / Green Spaces Co-ordinator to join our dynamic activities team. Working across multiple locations within Salford, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and coordinating therapeutic horticulture and green space activities tailored to the varying skills and abilities of the people we support.

Using a range of gardening and nature-based projects, you will improve wellbeing, promote volunteering, secure funding and support the development of local partnerships in line with our organisational values. You will also help to maintain our outdoor horticulture and gardening spaces.

For this role, you will need demonstrable experience in horticulture or related outdoor activities, and have experience working with vulnerable people and diverse community groups. We're looking for someone passionate, creative and brimming with ideas to help maximise participation and engagement in our activities.
