We are a fast growing start-up Education Recruitment Company changing the perception of recruitment and helping schools to secure the best Teachers to inspire the next generation.

The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is fast paced and hard-work. You will challenge yourself daily and push yourself to see how resilient and ambitious you really are. You will meet fantastic people along the way and build long lasting relationships and friendships with the schools and teachers that you have supported.

We offer a fast track progression plan which clearly maps out future pay rises and promotions.

The role:

  • Identifying and recruiting Teachers & Support Staff
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
  • Advertising roles and sourcing candidates through a variety of methods
  • Screening CV's and conducting initial interviews
  • Sales calls and meetings
  • Providing support and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the process
