£25,500 - £27,000 base salary plus commission.

Education Recruitment is relationship driven. You build your clients and then work with those clients repeatedly and frequently. It is incredibly fast paced and is suitable for people who are strong confident communicators and have a competitive streak.

Trainee Consultant Role:

  • Writing job adverts and creating marketing profiles
  • Building your reputation and relationships with schools and teachers
  • Negotiating pay and charge rates with clients and candidates
  • Managing your pool of candidates
  • Effectively growing and servicing your client base
