Job Title: Appointment Setter

At AdClients, we're pioneers in digital marketing education, consistently generating over multi 7 figures in revenue while staying true to our core values. We're currently seeking a dedicated individual to join us as an Appointment Setter. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the success of driving revenue and qualifying potential clients.

(Warning) This is a performance / commissions based role. To reach the earning potential you must meet targets set out to you. If this doesn't sit right with you please do not apply. There is a base of £750 per month, there will be performance based add ons (up to £800 per month). Then of course the bulk of the salary coming from Commissions earned. For reference our average setter earnings over the past 3 years are £41k.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting outbound calls to schedule appointments for our coaching sessions.
  • KPI to be hit, 100 dials a day.
  • Triage / qualify inbound leads.
  • Ensuring timely follow-up and coordination of appointments to maximise prospect show rate.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to clients during the appointment setting or AdCon sales process.
  • Keeping accurate records of appointments and client interactions in our systems.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks related to the sales department.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, sales or customer service roles is ideal but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hungry and driven for success. (Massive one).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. (Always look inwards).
