Appointment Setter – Aesthetic Clinics (Hybrid / Remote – Multiple Clinics)

Location: Hybrid (Remote + optional in-clinic work, London, Birmingham-based clinics)

Hours: 9am–2pm OR 2pm–9pm, 7 days a week

Compensation: £25 per secured booking + £100 daily bonus + commissions + potential base wage

OTE: £3,000 – £5,000/month

About Us

Dawsocial by Rio Dawson is a fast-growing marketing agency that partners with leading UK aesthetic clinics — including Deep Aesthetics and other premium brands.

We're expanding our team and looking for motivated, disciplined, and confident Appointment Setters to manage inbound leads, book consultations, and ensure clients show up for their appointments.

You'll represent multiple clinics, each specialising in treatments like Morpheus8, injectables, laser hair removal, and skin rejuvenation — helping clients feel more confident while growing the clinic's bookings.

This is a commission-driven role with potential to move into a small fixed wage + bonus structure, depending on skill level and performance.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound leads from multiple aesthetic clinics (beauty, skincare, injectables, laser, etc).
• Call, text, and follow up with new enquiries daily.
• Confirm all today's and tomorrow's appointments to maximise show-up rates.
• Collect £25 deposits via Stripe to secure each booking.
• Keep all interactions and notes updated in GoHighLevel (CRM) with correct tags and follow-up dates.
• Stay active and productive during your shift — no idle time.

Non-Negotiable:

You must be consistently calling, messaging, and updating the CRM throughout your shift. This is a results-based role for driven individuals.

What We're Looking For

Confident, professional communicator (phone, WhatsApp, and DMs).

Female preferred (many of our clients are Asian women).

Experience in sales, appointment setting, or telesales.

Disciplined, consistent, and organised every single day.

CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred, training provided).

Positive energy, motivated by growth, health, and results.

Multilingual applicants are encouraged — we work with diverse clients (please state your languages).

Compensation & Incentives

£25 per deposit collected

£100 bonus for 3+ bookings in one day (per clinic)

Commission for completing all CRM and follow-up tasks

Potential fixed base wage (depending on skill level and consistency)

On-Target Earnings: £3,000 – £5,000/month
