Laundry Assistant within a resident Care Home in Dartford.

This position is a for every other weekend. (5 hours Saturday and 5 hours Sunday)

We are seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to join our team. As a Laundry Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our homes laundry. If you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Sort, wash, dry, and fold all laundry used within the home,

  • Inspect linens for stains or damages and treat them appropriately,

  • Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and irons,

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry room, residents wardrobes and drawers,

  • Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the supervisor,

  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment,

**Skills:**

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods,
