Overview
As a Learning Coordinator, you will be a trusted partner to HR teams across Hyatt's UK-managed hotels, supporting the delivery of a learning strategy that helps colleagues grow and thrive. You will play an important role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. This is a fixed-term role offered as maternity cover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the UK Learning Strategy, creating opportunities for colleagues to learn and develop every day.
  • Coordinate and manage learning activities, including training administration, preparing materials, promoting learning initiatives, and communicating Learning Calendars and Updates.
  • Collaborate with external partners such as training providers, schools, colleges, and universities to strengthen relationships and enhance learning offerings.
  • Assist in delivering classroom and virtual training sessions, ensuring all content is engaging, interactive, and aligned with Hyatt's learning goals.

About You
You have
proven experience in delivering training
and take pride in helping others reach their full potential. You work well in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with confidence and efficiency. You build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels and communicate clearly and effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
Previous experience within the hotel or hospitality industry is highly beneficial.
