We're incredibly excited to be setting up shop at the stunning and historical 'Hangar' in Filton, Bristol. At Mokoko, we're all about doing things with care. With established locations across Bristol, Bath, and Portishead, we're ready to bring our passion for quality, community, and creativity to the vibrant new neighbourhood of Brabazon/The Hangar

An Exciting Opportunity Awaits

We're looking for a talented and passionate individual to step into the role of Chef De Partie in our new bakery at Brabazon, Filton.

Working closely with and reporting to the Head Chef, you'll be instrumental in the daily production of the freshly made products that define our thoughtful menu. This includes our beautiful viennoiserie, pastries, cakes, and naturally leavened breads. If you have a deep love for baking and quality ingredients, this is the perfect environment to hone your craft.
