We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our team to support a 22 years old who has cerebral palsy, a learning disability, and Functional Neurological Disorder. She can present with challenging behaviour, so we are looking for staff who are confident, compassionate, and experienced in supporting individuals with complex needs.

Your Role as a Support Worker
You'll work closely with our dedicated team to support Adults from the in their homes, enabling them to live fulfilling, safe, and independent lives. Your day may include:
- Supporting personal care routines with dignity and respect
- Delivering specialised care (e.g. PEG, stoma, tracheostomy – full training provided)
- Encouraging social inclusion and meaningful activities
- Promoting independence and enabling choice in daily living
- Promoting independence and empowering choice
- Maintaining clear documentation in line with regulatory standards
- Being a warm, consistent and reliable presence for the people we support
What We're Looking For
- A kind, patient and proactive approach
- Experience in care is desirable, but not essential – we provide full training
- A willingness to learn new clinical skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or sleep-ins if required
- A full driving licence is beneficial
