As we continue to grow and enhance our technology landscape, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Transformation Programme Director to join our organization.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Transformation Programme Director to join our Global Corporate team. This role will drive the success of large-scale internal transformations programs by developing a global standard approach and methodology. This role is pivotal in shaping, leading, and driving these large-scale, complex transformations.
The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of engaging and working closely with C-suite stakeholders on enterprise-level transformations, demonstrating expertise across programme governance, executive governance and communication, integrated planning, value case development, tracking, and realisation. Identifying critical path issues and coordinating (and establishing) resourcing as necessary to manage interdependencies and sequencing. Ensuring that there is clear prioritisation of activities and a strong link to clear business outcomes (why are we doing this).
Experience in change management is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Lead and define the strategic direction for transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Programme Governance: Establish a governance structure that promotes transparency, strategic alignment, and executive oversight.
Executive Communication: Drive effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite. Maintain regular / consistent communication workflow.
Integrated Planning: Oversee the development and implementation of integrated plans that align with the strategic objectives of transformation projects.
Value Definition, Tracking, Reporting: Define value case for large transformation programmes. Ensuring that value case initiatives are tracked, realised, and reported accurately. Address Stakeholder engagement such as: How do we measure and ensure the value from the transformation journey? How do we define the value related to transformations? How do we demonstrate more value to the enterprise?
Business Readiness: Define, engage, and track business readiness criteria to move through phases of the transformation programme. Address key-stakeholder needs for setting up a Transformation Office and managing large-scale, complex transformations.
Budget Management: Oversee the management of additional vendors, programme budgets, and overall programme scope. Guide key-stakeholders on partnering with vendors for establishing relationships to implement digital transformation initiatives.
Tooling and Methodologies: Champion the adoption of best-in-class programme management tools and methodologies to drive efficiency, collaboration, and success in transformation initiatives.
Data and AI: Using Data and AI to drive programme insights and improve ways of working, driving efficiencies and enhanced reporting and oversights
Experience in the following skills:
Experience in Management Consultancy and / or complex global businesses
Extensive experience working with C-suite stakeholders and a deep understanding of programme governance, executive governance, integrated planning, value case development, and programme management tooling.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
Lead and delivered large scale programmes.
Highly detailed orientated individual.
