Job Profile
Our growing Human Resources team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support across a variety of functions.

As a Talent Sourcing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment campaigns, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

This role blends operational excellence with proactive sourcing to build strong talent pipelines and promote our employer brand. Your Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including CV screening, candidate communication, and large-scale outreach campaigns.
  • Post and manage job advertisements across job boards, social media, and online platforms to maximize visibility.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including managing logistics and international travel where required.
  • Conduct initial application reviews and telephone/video interviews for designated roles.
  • Assist with planning, organizing, and delivering assessment centres and recruitment events.
  • Proactively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, and AI-driven sourcing tools.
  • Engage with potential candidates via social media and professional networks to build connections and promote opportunities.
  • Apply advanced sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search) to identify and attract qualified profiles.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Track and report sourcing effectiveness, including conversion rates of passive candidates into applicants.
  • Leverage employee referrals and external networks to expand candidate reach.
  • Actively promote the company's employer brand both online and offline to attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Re-engage past applicants by sharing new opportunities aligned with their skills and experience.

Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a Talent Acquisition team or a Recruitment Agency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and confident using Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • A motivated, proactive, and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Interest or previous experience in the aviation industry would be advantageous.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, or other sourcing tools is desirable
