Christmas Event Sales Assistant

Full-Time | Immediate Start | Based in Colchester

Are you confident, outgoing, and ready to earn great money in the run-up to Christmas? Our client, a growing Colchester-based company, is looking for enthusiastic Christmas Event Sales Assistants to join their team and represent top-tier brands at pop-up event locations across the region.

You'll be working in retail stores, shopping centres, local convenience stores, and other busy public spaces, connecting with customers face-to-face and promoting a range of exciting products and services. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to build experience in sales, marketing, and brand promotion while enjoying a fun, fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, permanent position (no Tier 4 students due to working hour restrictions) and applicants must be able to commute to the Colchester office daily.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Engaging with customers at pop-up event locations across Colchester and surrounding areas.
  • Representing well-known brands with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Demonstrating products and services, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Learning proven sales techniques such as building rapport, handling objections, and confidently closing deals.
  • Working towards personal and team sales goals while supporting overall company success.
  • Taking part in regular workshops and one-to-one coaching to help you develop your skills.
