Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound and Outbound contact through phone, email, live chat, and social media channels.
- Follow up customer enquiries in line with processes.
- Identify customer needs to be able to provide suitable storage solutions, upsell ancillary products and maximise revenue.
- Complete customer contact notes promptly and accurately.
- To communicate Sales / Customer details to the team in facilities, to achieve a seamless experience for the customer.
- Attend training sessions and act on feedback, implementing change to improve performance.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of current policies and procedures.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Support the facility teams to complete additional duties for existing customers throughout their storage journey where necessary to include but not limited to Customer Service queries and management of collection calls for delinquent tenants and collection of past due balances
About you:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills to be able to deal with colleagues across all levels of the business.
- A strong customer focus and excellent telephone manner.
- Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues to achieve team goals, have fun and celebrate success.
- A flexible attitude and the ability to manage change.
- Confidence and good business sense.
- Conversant with Call Centre processes, IT systems and Microsoft applications.
- A positive and friendly approach, demonstrating commitment and initiative.

Pay: £25,400.00 per year
