Job Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team on-site at Meridian Water (North London). This is a key role supporting both the commercial and site teams, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial documentation related to ongoing construction activities.
Duties
Key Responsibilities
Costing & Processing Delivery Tickets: Manage a high volume of delivery tickets, ensuring accurate costing and alignment with project budgets.
Invoice Management: Process and reconcile invoices related to site deliveries and services, maintaining financial accuracy and compliance.
System Use: Operate within the Connect system (training provided), ensuring all entries are correctly logged and tracked.
Administrative Support: Assist with general site administration tasks as required, contributing to smooth day-to-day operations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Office Manager and wider team, receiving mentorship and support to settle into the role effectively.
Person Specification
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a finance or administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the construction industry is beneficial but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of documentation.
Comfortable working in an on-site environment rather than a traditional office.
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time - 40 hours - Monday to Friday
