Job Description:
Join a pioneering fintech platform as a Compliance Officer focused on British Virgin Islands operations. You will be instrumental in securing a Virtual Asset Provider (VASP) licence and establishing the company's presence in the BVI, enabling faster, cheaper B2B payments using stablecoins. This is a critical, high-impact role shaping the future of compliant financial innovation.

What you will do:

  • Drive the company's incorporation process in the British Virgin Islands.

  • Prepare and submit the application for a Virtual Asset Provider (VASP) licence.

  • Develop and implement robust compliance policies and procedures for BVI operations.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance, ideally within fintech or virtual assets.

  • Strong understanding of British Virgin Islands financial regulations and VASP licensing.

  • Ability to build and manage compliance frameworks from the ground up.
