Our extensive cocktail list, curated wine selection, and impressive collection of over 100 rums set us apart — and we're looking for passionate Front of House staff to help us continue delivering something special.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to go beyond typical service as one of our FOH Staff. You'll play a key part in ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well looked after.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and hosting guests with warmth and confidence
  • Offering guidance on food, wine, and cocktails — and sharing your knowledge with interest and enthusiasm
  • Providing accurate allergen and dietary information
  • Upselling and recommending drinks, particularly from our unique cocktail and rum menus
  • Supporting the promotion of events and contributing ideas to enhance our offering
