We are looking for a HIGHLY experienced self motivated Plumbing maintenance person. The ideal candidate should be capable of working on their own jobs and within a team. Well organised, polite and customer focused.

Duties

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Maintenance, repair and install: Kitchen and bathroom taps and wastes.
  • Toilet maintenance, repair and install.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and carpentry skills to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Conduct inspections to identify issues with existing plumbing infrastructure.
  • Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing problems promptly.
  • Assist with assembly of plumbing components and related structures.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment during and after projects.

Experience

  • Time served and have minimum 4 years experience in the above job roles
  • live in a 10 mile radius of our Cheadle Hulme based office
  • A full UK driving licence with your own vehicle.
  • Experience in undertaking other trades would be a bonus.
  • Proven experience in plumbing installation and repair within residential environments.
  • NVQ or City and guilds equivalent in plumbing.
  • Mechanical knowledge of toilet repairs is essential.
  • Familiarity with assembly processes related to plumbing components is preferred. Candidates should possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship while adhering to health and safety standards throughout all projects.
