JOB TITLE Airside Driving & Warehouse Operative

SHIFTS 4 on 4 off 07:00 - 19:00

SALARY £29,265.60 to £31,356.00

BASE Luton

Mixed 70% driving and 30% warehouse activity role based at Luton Airport.

Working within a small team so good team work ethic and ability to work on own initiate essential.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure 100% Aviation security protocols for all deliveries/collections processing through your facility.
• Load and secure items to delivery vehicles (which could be your own)
• Security Screen items to either Cabin Baggage or Known Cargo Status
• Time management/route planning and communication to ensure your workload is completed.
• Planning and despatching loads (including via Transport Management System and liaising with drivers requiring assistance whist performing their duties

About you

• Ability to work within a small team and work on own initiative essential
• Min 3 years driving experience (preferably Airside but non-essential)
• Screening experience or willing to train in X-Ray screening
• Full, UK Driving License with less than 6 points.
• 5 Year checkable employment history (no gaps in employment above 28 consecutive days)
• Right to work in UK & no disqualifying convictions for working airside
