Luxaviation UK is is seeking a dynamic and detail-orientated individual to join our Ground Maintenance team. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our fleet and day-to-day operations by adhering to airside regulations and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation, working in collaboration with aircrew and management.

All applicants must hold a full, clean driving license and the Right to Work in the UK.

**Key Responsibilities
- Complying with airside regulations whilst on Company time.
- Cleaning the Company’s fleet of aircraft to the highest standards with excellent attention to detail.
- Stocking aircraft and liaising with flight crew with the aircraft specific needs.
- Travelling between bases in Stapleford, Farnborough, Biggin Hill and Stansted, as well as ad-hoc travel to other locations when required.
- Collection and delivery of Techlogs to each aircraft.
- Store keeping within our storerooms and liaising with the Ground Crew Manager and Office Manager as to ordering requirements.
- Communicating with Ground Crew Manager and Office Manager on a regular basis.
- Head office general maintenance when required.
- Keeping up to date with Company and Luton airport compliance courses.
- Shopping for stores and aircraft needs.
- Submitting a daily worksheet to the Ground Crew Manager.
- Responsible for the upkeep of Company vehicle (ensuring the MOT, ADP and Services are kept up to date). Ad-hoc out of hours and weekend work when required.

- _Ability to think quickly and proactively, using own initiative. _
- _Ability to work both as part of a team and individually. _
- _Ability to complete manual handling tasks. _
- _Ability to work outdoors, in all elements. _

**_Desirable _**
- _Previous Airside experience. _
- _Previous experience in a Ground Maintenance role.**_Working Hours: _**_Monday - Friday, 08:30 AM - 17:30 PM (with flexibility to work outside of these hours and weekends when required)._
