is a beautiful neighbourhood bar nestled in Coal Drops Yard, London. Our teams succeed in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our drinks are selected by our expert team for their deliciousness above all else.

They are all from wineries with excellent working practices and small-scale producers, as well as our preferred pints of Guinness, Estrella Galicia, and a revolving IPA on tap.

The food menu is designed to champion exceptional and conscientious producers, serving things we like to eat with a drink, centred around meat, fish or veggie hot baps, roast potatoes, cheese and Happy Endings ice cream sandwiches.

The Bar Manager Role

• Experience managing a busy, high-quality bar or standalone venue, overseeing the whole bar and floor area
• Lead daily bar operations, maintaining exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction
• Support, train, and mentor team members, helping to develop new staff with a strong team ethic
• A passion for restaurants, bars, and events management, creating excellent guest experiences
• Follow all opening and closing procedures accurately and consistently
• Have confident, warm, and professional communication with both team and guests
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of our drinks menus, ingredients, and allergens
• Be the face of the brand, known for a warm welcome and exceptional guest care
• Show a positive, welcoming, and proactive personality
• Strong command of the English language, with excellent attention to detail
• Ensure full adherence to all Food Safety, hygiene, and licensing standards
• Display a strong team ethic, respect for colleagues, and a collaborative approach
• Manage stock, orders, and wastage efficiently within budget guidelines
• Champion sustainability initiatives and uphold brand values in everything you do
