We're looking for an In-House IT Manager who's more than "tech support." You'll be the hands-on architect of our HubSpot CRM, automations, and internal systems that keep the whole engine running smoothly.

The Role
You'll be the go-to tech partner inside UK Solar Experts, working across departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Aftercare) to keep systems fast, stable, and beautifully automated.
You'll take full ownership of:
- HubSpot CRM Management – the heart of our business. You'll build automations, dashboards, pipelines, and integrations that make every team more efficient.
- System Optimisation – ensure our digital tools (Google Workspace, Aircall, QuickBooks, and project trackers) are running seamlessly.
- Tech Maintenance – daily support, troubleshooting, and user setup for a growing team.
- Data Tracking & Reporting – provide insights that drive conversion, retention, and performance.
- Cross-Department Collaboration – bridge the gap between tech and people, making systems easy to use and impossible to ignore.
This isn't a "behind-the-scenes" IT role.
You'll be at the core of how we scale — simplifying complexity and making tech work for people.
You're Perfect If You…
- Have 2–5 years in IT Management or CRM Administration (ideally in a fast-paced, marketing-led business).
- Have deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM — automations, workflows, custom properties, reports, and integrations.
- Understand how data flows across teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations).
- Can build dashboards and automation sequences that save hours and prevent chaos.
- Know your way around Google Workspace, cloud platforms, and basic web tech (HTML, JavaScript, or API knowledge is a bonus).
- Love structure but thrive in speed.
- Are proactive, adaptable, and allergic to inefficiency.
- Can communicate clearly with non-tech teammates.
