A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Real Estate Disputes Solicitor
to join a well-established and growing legal team based in
Central London
. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, autonomy, and exposure to a broad and complex caseload across both residential and commercial property disputes.

We are seeking a qualified solicitor with
5–6 years PQE
and strong experience in landlord and tenant matters. You'll be joining a collaborative team that prioritises client care and consistently delivers excellent legal services.

Key Responsibilities

You will advise a varied client base on a wide range of real estate disputes, including:

  • Breach of covenant matters (e.g. unauthorised assignments, alterations, or underletting)
  • Commercial landlord and tenant issues: break notices, dilapidations, rent reviews, forfeiture, and surrender
  • Business lease renewals under the 1954 Act
  • Possession proceedings and eviction actions
  • Trespass and squatter cases
  • Adverse possession claims
  • Boundary disputes, nuisance, and rights of way
  • Easements and prescriptive rights
  • Rights to light disputes and TOLATA claims
  • Service charge disputes and consultation processes

You will manage your own caseload independently, providing practical and strategic advice to clients with a commercial focus.

About You

  • 5–6 years PQE as a solicitor within real estate disputes or property litigation
  • Confident in managing files with minimal supervision
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Client-focused with a track record of going the extra mile
  • Some business development experience is desirable
  • A small referral network would be advantageous
