Global Talent Sourcer

Paracruiter is a specialist recruitment company, based in Penzance, that supports overseas pharmaceutical businesses to recruit the best candidates for their roles.

We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Global Talent Sourcer.

This role is all about communication and building relationships across the world. So, we are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and proactive candidate with excellent people skills

As much of your work will be based online… we are looking for someone who is confident in this space, and is able to navigate it with ease.

The role will include:

  • Candidate Sourcing:

Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn), networking events, and referrals, and matching them to our clients' needs.

  • Candidate Screening:

Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and assessing candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles.

  • Interview Coordination:

Scheduling and co-ordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process

  • Candidate Relationship Management:

Maintaining regular communication with candidates to provide updates on their application status, offering guidance, and addressing any concerns or questions.

  • Some overseas travel, sometimes at short notice
  • The opportunity to earn commission

Full training provided for the right applicant, who will be able to quickly build rapport with our clients and candidates.

Hours: Full time - Monday to Friday, unless overseas

Salary: Meets national minimum wage (with the opportunity to earn commission)

Skills required:

  • Experience working in customer service environment, either face to face, or remotely
  • A professional, friendly and positive manner
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Good IT skills and confidence using social media
  • Organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise to meet deadlines
  • Any fluency in languages, or a desire to learn, would beneficial
  • Willing to learn
