This role works closely with finance, legal, licensing, and external partners to maintain transparent and reliable royalty accounting, and closely with the project team who will integrate the new system into the BAU team.

Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Experience interpreting contracts or legal agreements to support accurate royalty calculations and reporting

Other things we're looking for

  • Ability to manage multiple reporting cycles and work to tight month-end deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Clear and professional communication style when responding to queries from talent, agents, suppliers and stakeholders
  • Collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across finance, legal, licensing and external partners
  • Comfortable working with royalty systems or ERP tools (e.g. Rightsline, Alliant), or able to quickly adapt to new systems
