Senior SAP Solution Architect – S/4HANA & SuccessFactors

Location: Leeds / Hybrid role

Salary/Package: T0 £100k + bonus/benefits

Join a forward-thinking international organisation as our client's lead ERP Solution Architect.

We're looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA professional to shape, design, and deliver an enterprise-wide transformation programme. You'll drive the implementation of a greenfield SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution, ensuring it's secure, scalable, and seamlessly integrated across business functions.

Once live, you'll lead ongoing optimisation and innovation—supporting evolving business strategies, regulatory needs, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end solution design for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SuccessFactors.
  • Co-chair the SAP Design Authority, working closely with delivery and support partners.
  • Govern technical delivery, testing, and integration across systems.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on SAP best practices across Finance and HR domains.
  • Shape future-state architecture aligned to business and IT strategy.
  • Drive continuous improvement and technology roadmaps.
  • Mentor peers, champion architectural standards, and support governance processes.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (Finance focus, HR beneficial).
  • Strong architectural background across enterprise and application design.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments.
  • Over 5 years in design/architecture roles, ideally in international settings.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience).
