3 days required working from the office in Warwick.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Cleansing and processing raw data
- Preliminary data investigation and analysis of supplier and customer data
- Checking and validating supplier invoices
- Complete monthly tasks in a timely manner
- Working with suppliers and customers to ensure that accurate data is received in a timely manner
- Management of client reporting systems
- Provide a fleet administration service to a range of European fleet customers
- Provide a supporting role to the leadership team
- General administrative support
- Responsibility for data accuracy
- Meticulously monitoring all invoices that are received for clients
- Identifying and logging savings for all clients
- Raising queries to ensure that any outstanding issues are captured and logged
- Chasing to get queries resolved in a timely fashion
- Escalating queries when they reach a certain time scale to line manager
- Constructive feedback to line managers on database improvements or ideas on continuous business improvements
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel
- Experience processing, analysing and interrogating large sets of data
- Enhanced written and verbal communication skills
- A pro-active approach to customer service

- Ability to use own initiative

- Willingness to be flexible to accommodate a variety of tasks
