Duties

  • Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers and vendors.

  • Conduct data entry tasks related to financial transactions and ensure all records are up to date.
  • Utilise accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, or PeopleSoft for efficient financial management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in managing working capital effectively.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a finance or accounting role is essential.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial services.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills for accurate data entry and reporting.
