A leading, global financial services client is looking for several
Senior Product Specialists (Credit Cards)
to join them on a contract basis starting ASAP. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and influence all facets of product management, from value proposition design to go-to-market readiness. You will collaborate closely with product managers, account managers, and external partners to shape the future of cardholder experiences and drive strategic growth.

The Role

As a Senior Product Specialist, you will take ownership of product development initiatives and value proposition strategy, working in tight partnership with regional and global product teams, Sales, and other key stakeholders. You will also lead strategic projects that support our ambitions to accelerate growth, diversify the business, and strengthen value for our customers and partners.

What You'll Do

Depending on business priorities, your responsibilities may include:

  • Designing compelling value propositions that address the needs of priority customer segments
  • Driving digital adoption of existing benefits
  • Leading the migration of legacy customers from plastic card access to digital channels
  • Coordinating the transition of rewards and incentive programmes/schemes onto the global platform
  • Identifying and developing value-added services that enhance merchant propositions
  • Positioning or repositioning existing products to align with strategic corporate objectives

  • Proven strength in Product Development and Value Proposition Development
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and new challenges
  • A solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills
