    : Up to £33,000 per annum (DOE)
  • Location
    : Chester HQ (hybrid working available post-probation)
  • Due to the in-office requirements of this role, candidates must live within a one-hour commute of our Chester HQ
  • Working Days & Hours:
    37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

About the Role:

As a Junior Analyst, you'll help drive data-led decision making across a fast-growing holiday group. Working closely with the Head of Analytics and Data Science, you'll deliver dashboards, insights, and data products that shape brand performance and grow

What You'll Do:

  • Explore data and uncover actionable insights
  • Build clear, intuitive dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
  • Support stakeholders with timely, trusted data
  • Contribute to analytics products and data quality initiatives
  • Grow your skills through hands-on learning and mentorship

What We're Lookin:

  • Degree in a numerate discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong SQL, Excel, and Power BI/Tableau skills
  • Experience with exploratory data analysis and data storytelling
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset

Bonus:
Finance analytics exposure, MS Fabric/semantic models, statistical methods, Python/R, or Agile experience.
