What You'll Do

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using up-to-date diagnostic systems
  • Complete servicing, routine maintenance, and repair work across a wide range of vehicles
  • Undertake more complex repairs such as clutches, gearboxes, brakes, and suspension jobs
  • Carry out detailed vehicle health checks and clearly identify required work
  • Road test vehicles to ensure repairs meet safety and performance standards
  • Keep your work area clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety expectations
  • Provide excellent customer care and support colleagues when needed

What You'll Bring

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent certs)
  • A minimum of 1–2 years' workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • Strong diagnostic capability with a logical problem-solving approach
  • Solid understanding of mechanical systems and repair processes
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to the wider team
  • Professional communication and a reliable work ethic
  • A full UK driving licence
