About the Role - MCF has proudly expanded to its fifth warehouse in just five years, with our newest site now established in Skelmersdale. This growth reflects our position as a multi‑award‑winning logistics team.
We are seeking a motivated individual to play a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations while providing exceptional customer service and support to both our clients and internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate transport bookings and maintain tracking systems
- Prepare and manage paperwork to meet B2B requirements
- Liaise with warehouse supervisors to deliver operational plans
- Monitor service performance and produce reports
- Hold regular video calls with clients and share updates
- Keep management systems up to date with strong IT skills
- Complete administration tasks accurately and on time
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented
- Confident communicator with strong IT and customer service skills
- Able to work independently once trained, and under pressure when needed
- A true team player who embodies our values: Customer Obsessed, Passionate, Ready, and Collaborative
Initially £13.25 ph & Pay Review in April 2025 once training is completed.
