Qualifications

  • 2 years of proven experience in
    property management
    ,
    lettings
    , or a similar client-facing role within the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of
    UK property legislation
    ,
    tenancy compliance
    , and
    health and safety standards
    .
  • Exceptional
    organisational and multitasking skills
    , with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication
    skills, with a confident, professional manner when dealing with clients, tenants, and contractors.
  • Proficiency in
    CRM systems
    and
    property management software
    ; comfortable with technology and digital workflows.
  • A
    solution-driven mindset
    , capable of handling challenges calmly and proactively.
  • Attention to detail
    and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service.
  • Ability to work both
    independently
    and as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
