Greenco Property Group, a leading property management company in the North West of the UK, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. We specialize in residential properties and are committed to providing top-tier management services to both our landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage lettings enquiries via phone, email, and our internal system.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new applications, managing the entire process from referencing to drafting tenancy agreements and arranging move-in logistics.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork, holding funds, and checks are completed accurately before the referencing process and prior to handing over to site teams for move-in.
  • Verify move-in payments with the accounts team.
  • Accurately input information provided by site teams into the management system.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to potential residents, providing accurate advice to maintain high retention rates.
  • Ensure adherence to GDPR processes.
  • Negotiate renewals with residents in line with market values.
  • Serve section 21 and section 8 notices as necessary.
  • Collect feedback through survey systems.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in property management, customer service, and legal compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with property management software and systems.
