About The Role.
We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager who has worked in a regulatory industry previously to join us at what is an exciting stage of our journey. Working within our Technology & Transformation team, you will have the opportunity to be a critical lead in the delivery of a multi-stream transformation programme covering processes, people, technology and data.

You'll use your wealth of experience and knowledge to manage a variety of Projects closely collaborating with sponsors and stakeholders.
You will work autonomously, and you will have the ability to incite exciting change. This role is instrumental in our growth ambitions here at Billing Finance. Prior experience in Motor Finance and Financial Services is secondary to being a driven, intelligent, and hardworking experienced delivery professional - ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.

- Scope and create detailed plans ensuring they are resourced, managed and controlled throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Ensure that all business deliverables and tasks are identified, managed and actively owned throughout all stages of end-to-end delivery.
- Maintain delivery momentum while identifying and addressing risks, issues and dependencies. Proactively search for solutions to challenges and understand opportunities to maintain positive change.
- Ensure adherence to best practice governance, while adapting frameworks to suit a fast-paced, small-company environment.
Your Background and Experience
You're a self-starter with an understanding of the adapting technological landscape and options available in the market plus a good appreciation of the wider field of IT systems (architecture, hardware and software), their use in relevant business processes and how they are implemented to meet business objectives.
Experience of using MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Jira is needed here along with knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
You've extensive experience of managing multiple projects of varying types and complexity, implementing broad scale change and use your communication skills to engage, work closely and collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
When an issue arises, you get involved and use your initiative to prioritise your work effectively under pressure and you have the ability to take a step back and analyse/understand the issue to ensure the correct next step is taken.
