As Purchasing Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the procurement and supply chain teams, ensuring the efficient and accurate flow of materials and information across global operations.

Description

  • Supporting the purchasing team with order processing, PO management, and supplier communication.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely input of purchasing data into ERP systems.
  • Monitoring supplier performance, lead times, and delivery schedules, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Assisting with invoice matching, price verification, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Collaborating with supply chain, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth inbound material flow.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across procurement operations.

Profile

  • Experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support role, ideally within FMCG
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Competence with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach and a desire to grow within a global business.
