We are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to head our Global SAP Practice under the Smart Platforms Business Line at Atos Group. This role is focused on shaping and expanding our SAP portfolio, driving innovation and R&D, enabling business growth through differentiated offerings, and strengthening our partner and alliance ecosystem. The Global Head will play a pivotal role in securing new business (Order Entry), building world-class SAP portfolio, and positioning Atos as a leader in SAP-enabled transformation while collaborating closely with the Geo & GDC based delivery organization

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio & Offering Development

Define, curate, and continuously evolve the SAP services portfolio across S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, analytics, sustainability, Cloud, AI and industry-specific solutions.

Develop differentiated solution offerings, assets, and accelerators to support business growth.

Ensure portfolio alignment with SAP's roadmap, client priorities, and emerging market trends.

Innovation & R&D

  • Establish global SAP Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and innovation hubs.
  • Incubate new-age solutions using AI/ML, cloud-native architectures, automation, and intelligent enterprise frameworks.
  • Partner with SAP and technology ecosystems to co-develop industry use cases and innovation accelerators.
  • Drive adoption of automation, AI, and cloud-native solutions in SAP programs.

Sales Enablement

  • Support global sales teams by providing SAP solution expertise, thought leadership, and deal support.
  • Create offerings, frameworks, and collateral to drive pipeline acceleration and order booking.
  • Engage directly with clients as a trusted advisor in key strategic pursuits.

Partner & Alliance Management

  • Strengthen and expand alliances with SAP, hyperscalers, and complementary technology partners.
  • Define and execute joint go-to-market strategies with strategic partners.
  • Leverage alliances to co-innovate, co-sell, and co-deliver differentiated solutions.

Thought Leadership & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Represent Atos at global SAP and industry events, forums, and leadership summits.
  • Publish thought leadership content—whitepapers, blogs, points of view—to showcase expertise and market leadership.
  • Build a strong presence in the SAP ecosystem to influence joint innovation and market positioning.

Skills & Competency Development

  • Define the global SAP skills and competency framework aligned with future demand.
  • Define upskilling, certification requirements for Delivery organization in Geos & GDCs
  • Catalyze a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10 to 15 years of IT services/SAP experience, with senior leadership roles in portfolio management, alliances, or innovation.
  • Proven track record in leading global SAP practices or large-scale SAP transformation programs.
  • Deep expertise in SAP technologies and solutions, including S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, analytics, and industry cloud.
  • Proven experience in portfolio development, partner/alignment management, and sales enablement (Order Entry).
  • Strong track record of building assets, solutions, and accelerators within SAP practices.
  • Experience leading CoEs, R&D initiatives, and capability development programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and collaboration skills across global teams.
  • Strong global ecosystem relationships with SAP and technology partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive thought leadership and market differentiation.
  • Bachelor's/master's in engineering/technology/business; MBA preferred.
