The Role:
Quantum is seeking a Commercial Insights Analyst to play a central role in driving key decisions across every aspect of the business during a period of rapid growth. The Analyst will sit within the Commercial Insights team, and be responsible for providing vital analysis and insights, working with different teams to scope, build and roll-out a range of strategic initiatives.

This role partners closely with commercial, finance, marketing, and product teams to provide robust analysis, reporting, and recommendations that drive growth, optimise performance, and support long-term business strategy.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced analyst with a strong track record of transforming complex data into commercial value. You bring deep expertise in analytics and have demonstrated your ability to deliver impactful insights, particularly in the areas of customer behaviour, marketing optimisation, and performance forecasting.

You have a natural curiosity to dig into the data and a determination to uncover the "why" behind the numbers. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working across departments to turn analysis into business action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a key role in Quantum's analytical strategy and requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and commercial teams to align data initiatives with key business objectives.
  • Evaluate customer acquisition, retention, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
  • Identify performance drivers and deliver actionable recommendations to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Conduct analysis on key areas of the business to highlight opportunities to improve profitability, including but not limited to:

  • Cohort Analysis

  • Demographic segmentation
  • Predictive value modelling
  • Spend/Cost management
  • Recommendation engines (e.g. for advertising)

  • Develop and maintain high-performance dashboards in Tableau based on stakeholder requirements

  • Partner with the wider data team to optimise dashboard structure, data source efficiency, and user experience
  • Build strong relationships across all of the different teams in the business, becoming a trusted source of business intelligence

About you:

  • Degree in a maths/science-based subject
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence others and present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong hands-on experience with analytics and data tools, including Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, Google BigQuery, and a solid understanding of SQL
  • Familiarity with dashboard design and best practices, especially for executive and operational audiences
  • Commercially minded and data-driven, with a passion for applying testing, research, and analytics to inform and justify business decisions
  • Experience working with marketing data across acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels, ideally within an affiliate or performance marketing environment
  • Proactive and self-directed, able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Technically confident and analytically strong, with experience navigating large, complex datasets and turning them into clear insights
  • Collaborative and communicative, with excellent written and verbal English skills and a natural ability to work as part of a cross-functional team
