My Client, a U.S. based Hedge fund working in the digital asset space is looking for a Data Engineer/ Full stack developer to work within their HFT team and to build and scale high performance data and execution infrastructure. This role blends the boundary's between software and data engineering to support real time trading systems and large scale financial data processing. We are looking for someone who has experience in high through put systems and a a strong understanding of S3 columnar databases, with exposure to Kubernetes.

Roles within the team:

  • collaborate with the CTO to build and scale high - performance data and execution infrastructure
  • working on real time market data streaming using NATS JetStream
  • working on Low- Latency Execution Systems across multiple exchanges

Requirements:

  • experience with OMS/PMS or other financial systems
  • Familiarity with smart contracts or data oracles
  • hands on with S3, Columnar data bases (QuestDB Preferable)
  • exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
