About the Role

We're on the hunt for energetic, skilled Line Chefs to join our brand-new cloud kitchen in Bermondsey. You'll be cooking across three exciting new delivery brands featuring bold, flavour-driven fried and rotisserie chicken, plus functional smoothies, juices, and coffee.

Expect East Asian inspiration, contemporary food trends, and a kitchen that prizes quality, speed, and creativity.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Prepping and cooking to order for our fried and rotisserie menus
  • Preparing juices, shakes, coffees, and functional drinks
  • Maintaining high hygiene standards and following HACCP protocols
  • Keeping stations clean, organised, and efficient
  • Contributing ideas to menu evolution we love creative chefs
  • Working closely with a small, passionate kitchen team
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years' experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Strong interest or experience in East Asian flavours (big bonus)
  • Reliable, organised, and committed to consistent quality
  • Barista experience is a plus
